Business development
Business development is a continuous process. Business development should go hand in hand with IT development. To do so, methods and structure are needed as well as time and effort on planning and follow up. More and more requirements and standards put demand on business development. Examples are ISO 9001- Quality, ISO 27001- Information security, SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act), Common Criteria, PCI (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) etc. We have both competence within the different standards as well as general competence within process development, quality and information security.
IT development
System development is a complex and demanding process. There are a large need for competence, experience and methods. RUP is a well known method today, but there exists several others. It is important to focus on the initial phases like the specification phase as well as the last phase for test and verification. Development of web complex and accessible web applications is one of our special areas. We can offer both resources and competence in almost any IT-related field.
IT operations, maintenance and management
Efficient and secure IT management and maintenance is very important for all organisations. We help the customer organise the work, develop processes and work flow. ITIL is a useful standard and model to customize. We have all kind of special competence within areas from different computer and network structure to security systems like firewalls and virus protection.
